Everything you need to know about caring for your dog in Bali's tropical paradise. From health tips to the best beaches, we've got you covered.
The tropical climate comes with a few things every dog owner should know
Always carry fresh water. Bali's tropical heat means your dog needs 2-3x more water than in cooler climates.
Rabies vaccination is mandatory in Bali. Keep your dog's vaccine card handy — vets may ask for it.
Walk your dog early morning or late afternoon. Pavement can burn paws between 11am-3pm.
Watch for sea urchins and strong currents. Rinse your dog with fresh water after every ocean swim.
Frangipani, oleander, and sago palms are common in Bali and toxic to dogs. Keep an eye during walks.

Been looking for a decent dog food brand here for ages. This site actually lists what's available locally instead of stuff you can't even buy in Bali. Saved me so much time.

Love the walking spots section! Found a few hidden trails near Ubud I didn't even know about. My dog was so happy haha.
